Cap Screws:
The screws which hold the cap to the wheel are included when you purchase a cap unless otherwise noted in the comments section. Please note that your installer may have used cap locks instead of the factory cap screw/bolt. We provide only the factory hardware with the cap, you may purchase cap locks separately.
Returns Policy:
30 day return policy on all caps and accessories provided that they are in new, unmodified and resellable condition purchased through our store.
Please note: we pride ourselves in packaging your product in a manner that will prevent shipping damage. However, in the event the product is damaged you must report any shipping damage to the carrier within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise your right to file claim may be limited. Save all original packaging material if filing a claim. To ensure credit issued for NEW returned product, please follow the guidelines listed below: - Any claims for shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. - All returns must be shipped back to us PREPAID at the senders' expense within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Please write the reason for the return on your invoice. - If product is determined by Wheel Caps to be shipped in error or defective, return freight charges may be credited and order will be reshipped at no additional charge. - Parts sold as "custom", "closeout", "discontinued", or purchased through our eBay store are not eligible for return. All sales for such products are final. - All credits will be issued in the original form of payment less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee may be waived if a new order has already been placed. You must indicate your new reorder number on your return invoice. Sorry, but we cannot process any exchanges by mail. Please return product in an insurable and traceable manner with all accessories securely packaged within 30 days of purchase to:
